Lloyd Charton and Oasis Loan Advisors are both served with a lawsuit for attempting to use Point Center's investor database for personal financial gain. Charton wrongfully transferred highly confidential trade secret client informtaion to a 3rd party, Oasis Loan Advisors, with the intent for personal gain. Both Lloyd Charton and Oasis Loan Advisors are being sued for violations of trade secrets, interference with prospective economic advantage and interference with contractual relationships.
